After the payment, I’ll send you the sketch. Feel free to ask me to change something (you will be charged if you ask me to change the piece after I’ve started with the lineart)

The payment can be thought paypal or ko-fi (or cash app if you’re Ok with a middleman)

Please, consider answering to my updates and questions about the piece as soon as you can since the longer you take to respond, the longer I take to finish your piece.

Be ok with me working on other comms while waiting for update’s responses from you.

There are no refunds unless I back out or cannot complete your commission for a specific reason. Please keep in mind that I’m still a real person and things may happen. If so, then a partial refund will be sent back to you (no full refund since paypal takes fees) sorry

No refunds will be given if I already have started with your commission. If you decide to cancel in the middle of it, I'll be finishing the art and adding you to my blacklist once it has been sent

A good quality ref sheet is required (at least 1 image of what you would like me to draw) but this is not applicable to customs.

If a custom is being commissioned, consider using images or moodboards. I do prefer working with images than just text.

I LOVE to mix things when designing a character (mix animals with food or objects) I’ll always ask if I can mix your character with something when working on a custom for you.

If not showed in the ref sheet, I might ask for the character specie info

I do give a lot of updates tho so no worries!

It usually takes around 1 to 3 days to me to finish a piece, once I’ve started working on it. (It can take longer if the piece is too complex tho)

Note that my tat can vary depending on how many owed art I have in front of yours (check my trello) but the max it would take for me to get to your piece is 5 weeks

Keep in mind that I have a life too and things may happen. And if so, I’ll keep you updated!

Character transferences will be trough ToyHouse (I can give a code if you proof that you dont have any)

Minor changes are ok! Just credit me for the original design

You cannot sell a design by me for more than what you got it for unless art was added.

You definitely cannot sell any of my designs for any person who is on my blacklist. And if you do, you may and will be added to my blacklist.

When bidding, state in your bid if you need holds or plans. If you dont do so, I might not accept the offer (if you dont need them you dont have to worry about that)

By bidding on my auctions, you CANNOT delete or back out in your bid. You will be added to my blacklist if you do so.

When placing a bid, be aware of when the auction ends.

You will have 24 hours to send the payment after the auction ends. If you don’t send the payment in time, I’ll be accepting the last bid.

Payment plans will only be available if I say so

All plans require a non-refundable upfront payment of 50% minimum of the bid offer (we can discuss)

I’ll only transfer the character(if adopt/design)/start workin on your piece (if YCH or other) once the full payment has sent to my account.

By subscribing to my Patreon membership you agree to my tos (comms and Patreon tos)

If you’re subscribing to a tier with art rewards, consider subscribing on the 31th (or the last day) of the month as I work on Patreon rewards on the start of every month!
