please read my TOS before commissioning me

General

  • When talking to me, write in a clear and nice manner

  • No big sentences, please. I'm not the best person with walls of text

  • Do not heavy reference or trace my art for any reason

  • Do not repost my art without permission

Keep in mind when commissioning me

  • Payment>sketch approval>final piece

  • I’ll not start your piece before the payment

  • After the payment, I’ll send you the sketch. Feel free to ask me to change something (you will be charged if you ask me to change the piece after I’ve started with the lineart)

  • The price may vary according to your character complexity

  • The payment can be thought paypal or ko-fi (or cash app if you’re Ok with a middleman)

  • There are no refunds unless I back out or cannot complete your commission for a specific reason. Please keep in mind that I’m still a real person

  • Then a partial refunds will get back to you (no full refund since paypal takes fees)

  • No refunds will be given if I already have started with your commission. If you decide to cancel in the middle of it, I'll be finishing the art and adding you to my blacklist once it has been sent

  • Be ok with the commissioned piece being used as an example

  • Be ok with the commissioned piece being posted on my socials

  • Keep in mind that my content is for all the ages

Tat

  • Art takes time. Please, be patient

  • It usually takes around 1 to 3 days to me to finish a piece, if I have my queue empty.

  • Note that it can vary depending on how many owed art I have in front of yours (check my trello) but the max it would take is 5 weeks

  • Keep in mind that I have a life too and things may happen. And if so, I’ll keep you updated!

Art process

  • You dont need to ask for updates here. I’ll send a lot of screenshots. (And you can always check my trello)

  • Only commission me if you’re interested in my art style. Don’t ask me to change it

  • A good quality ref sheet is required (at least 1 image of what I’ll have to draw) but this is not applicable to customs.

  • If a custom is being commissioned, consider using images or moodboards. It will make things easier to me

  • When describing a character, I'd rather you to use images and not just text

  • I AWAYS do prefer to mix things when designing a character (mix animals with food or objects)

  • If not showed in the ref sheet, I might ask for the character specie info

Do’s and dont’s

I’ll draw

  • Pets

  • Feral

  • Anthro

  • Any species but birds

  • Complex characters (extra charge may apply )

I might draw (will charge for)

  • Candy gore

  • Long hair

  • Detailed backgrounds

  • Simple clothing

I’ll not draw

  • Any kind of NSFW or suggestive content.

  • Breasts or any sex related stuff

  • Absolutely any content that is violent, disturbing or that could offend anyone

  • I prefer not to draw light characters (white on white/other light color) since it can not fit so good with my rendering style

  • Mecha

  • Gore, drugs, guns… you got it

  • Human(noids) (not yet)

Adopts

When buying

  • Mostly of my adopts are auctions. Keep that in mind

  • Character transferences will be trough ToyHouse (I can give a code if you proof you dont have any)

When using

  • Minor changes are ok! Just credit me for the original design

  • Do not make big changes on my designs

  • Do not draw any nsfw with my designs

When selling

  • You cannot sell a design by me for more than what you got it for unless art was added.

  • You definitely cannot sell any of my designs for any person who is on my blacklist. And if you do, you may and will be added to my blacklist.

Bidding

  • When bidding, state in your bid if you need holds or plans. If you dont, I might not accept the offer (if you dont need them you dont have to worry about that)

  • By bidding on my auctions, you CANNOT delete or back out in your bid. You will be added to my blacklist if you do

  • Payment plans will only be available if I say so

  • All plans require a non-refundable upfront payment of 50% minimum of the bid offer (we can discuss)

  • I’ll only transfer the character/start your piece once the money is sent to my account.

Blacklist

How can I be added to the blacklist?

  • Ask for holds/plans and then ghost me

  • Backout when bidding/offering for an adopt

  • Ghost me after asking for a commission, it's rude

  • Decide to cancel a commission when I've already started it. And if you do, you will receive the finished piece and then get blocked and added to my blacklist

  • Draw nsfw using my designs

  • Sell any of my designs for someone who is already on my blacklist
